Fear, Rigidity and Homogeneity


The biggest enemies of adaptability are conscious or subconscious fear of change, rigidity of thoughts and homogeneity on the workplace. Fighting against rigidity is possible by supporting of the ideas of co-workers, by creating a knowledge-friendly culture. These creative ideas are the essences of adaptability and thus of competitive advantage of each organization. And we can diversify working teams to avoid disadvantages of homogeneity. Structures formed by only one fragment are not adaptable due to their incapability to see larger context of a project.
