I see bureaucracy in my organization in... 

My organisation is bureaucratic but dynamic as well so there is a synergy between bureaucracy and dynamism,so I will say my organisation operates a modified bureaucracy.

Bureaucracy makes my job harder or easier by... 

It is obvious that bureaucracy makes innovation and dynamism unnoticed and it brings boredom ,in order to catch up with competitors,customers dynamic tastes and trends,organisation must shake off every bureaucracy in order to adapt well in its. environment,so think organisation should be more open and flexible in other to achieve its goals.

Isn't the question not how to get rid of bureaucracy, but where and when is it appropriate. In many ways it has become the hammer to which everything looks like a nail. It does drive efficiency (though perhaps not effectiveness), it does help to drive standards and reduce variability. But it doesn't know what it doesn't know nor recognize when it encounters something new. It is also an implicit power structure and like all power structures at some point focuses more on sustaining itself than accomplishing the mission of the enterprise. So what are the "rules" for good bureaucracy as implied in your organizatoin?
