Whenever I'm in discussions with people about management innovation, people are very interested in the work that has been done on MIX, and I encourage them to read and learn about new principles and ideas. This is positive, but in a busy workday — people don't really have the time...

Here's a crazy idea: What if you turned the MIX community into a community of real-life problem solvers. Organizations (maybe non-profits) could post their challenges to the MIX and the community could then work collaboratively to help solve each problem using the tools and innovative thinking provided on the MIX....

The art of sitting down and penning one's thoughts in lucid prose is fast dying! High-Impact content in the Twitter age is no more than a paragraph in most people's dictionaries... If the MIX is to reach more people (who increasingly don't have time to do anything other than work-work-work!)...

I just don't have the time to read everything so some short snippets - like 300 characters on here's a 'give it a try' suggestion to change/fix something; e.g., if trust is an issue, try this....

While the content currently on the MIX can inspire would-be management innovators, we think that it’s equally important to equip people with the the tools/frameworks to drive management innovation on the ground. Taking a cue from the MOOC (Massively Open Online Course) movement, the MIX could offer its own courses...

Let's design and produce a high performance leadership training program that could be marketed from the MIX for leaders who want more innovation. Currently I designed and teach an MBA course for a New York Business School and it gets amazing reviews. Called - Lead Innovation with the Brain in...

It would be fascinating to create summer(winter) reading lists. It would be very interesting to know what other MIX'rs are reading...I wonder what is on Michele's reading list and why.
