Looking forward to this hangout, Heiko! A question for you. There is a great deal of research being shared that seems to run counter to long and commonly held beliefs regarding certain leadership and management practices. Have there been any big surprises for you and your team? What assumptions and beliefs do we need to challenge? Thank you.
