Yes Bruce, used it informally in my company and work. Not formally engaged them or their software.
My limited experience indicates that they get to the crux of matters, and embed evolutionary principles in key processes and governance structures.
I would strongly recommend the resources section on their website, especially the 1.5 hour introductory presentation.
