Ideas for Busting Bureaucracy (Part 2)

During Phase 3, the hackathon team developed almost 70 mini-hacks—radical, yet practical ideas for busting bureaucracy with the help of technology. Now we turn to Phase 4, where we will develop the most promising mini-hacks into fully-fledged management hacks.
