Ideas for Busting Bureaucracy (Part 1)

In the current phase of the hackathon, we’re asking you to generate an initial set of management hacks—radical yet practical ideas that, through the help of technology, can bust bureaucracy.

To help guide your “hacking,” below are 8 categories describing different attributes of the post-bureaucratic organization, developed by the hackathon community during phase 2.  Please select one or more of these hacking zones and then share a specific idea relevant to your chosen category that could help our organizations bust bureaucracy.
